Meetings & Events

The Clarion Inn & Suites Conference Center features approximately 7,800 square feet of affordable and well equipped conference facilities for banquets, conferences, meetings, office parties, weddings & receptions, etc. The elegantly decorated, 3,900 square feet ballroom is our largest ballroom and features an oak dance floor, a state-of-the art sound system and high speed Internet access. Bridal shower suites, rehearsal, dinner, guestroom accommodations, and reception facilities overlook the beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool-spa deck area. Our meeting suites and attic conference room total 1,800 square feet and 2,000 square feet respectively. Audio and visual equipment, including overhead projectors, lapel microphones, TV's, VCR's, screens, white boards and easels; platforms and risers, etc. are available for your convenience. Continental breakfast and refreshment breaks can be provided. Outside catering is allowed.
